1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to the Bakchich Baba website. All orders placed on this site are subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale and govern the relationship between both parties.
The website bakchichbaba.com was created by Miss Dessislava Tuleva.
Validation of the order by the customer implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are available on the site.
As the Tuleva company operates under the auto-entrepreneur regime, all products presented on this site are not subject to VAT according to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
2. ORDER
Placing an order on the Bakchich Baba website is subject to the procedure implemented by the Tuleva company, which consists of several steps the customer must follow to validate the order.
Before final confirmation, the customer can review the order details and total price, correct any errors, and then confirm the order to express acceptance. Any confirmed order constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of the full general conditions.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
To pay for an order, the customer may choose from the payment methods indicated on the order form: credit card, bank transfer, or check.
By credit card:
Credit card payments are encrypted and processed through a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Your purchases are therefore completely secure. Aware of the importance of protecting user privacy, Tuleva commits to ensuring the highest level of data protection.
The customer guarantees Tuleva that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
Tuleva reserves the right to suspend any order or delivery in case of a payment authorization refusal or non-payment.
Cards issued by banks outside of France must be international credit cards.
By check:
Checks must be made payable to Tuleva. The order will be processed after the check is received and cleared. The delivery address must match the address on the check.
By bank transfer:
The order will be processed once the bank transfer is confirmed.
4. DELIVERY
Once the order is validated, Tuleva will ship it within 3–4 days unless otherwise specified. In case of delay, an email will be sent. This delay does not incur any penalties for Tuleva.
Packages are shipped via COLISSIMO SUIVI (www.coliposte.net). You will receive an automatic email with the tracking number. For small or very light items, delivery may be by bubble mail envelope.
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer on the order form.
If absent during delivery, the package will be held at the post office for 15 days. After this time, it will be returned. In such cases, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Tuleva is not liable for delivery delays caused by postal services or other carriers, nor for product loss. Delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages.
Goods travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your parcel on arrival. You have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of damage or missing items.
Any delivery issue (damage, missing item, broken product...) must be indicated on the delivery slip with handwritten notes and signed by the customer. A confirmation must be sent to the carrier within two (2) working days via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. A copy should be sent to Tuleva.
Returns and Exchanges
All orders are checked twice before dispatch. If there's an error or a defective product, you must contact Tuleva within 48h of receipt. If the complaint is valid, we will replace the defective item. Please contact us before returning any product due to error or defect.
According to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 days of receiving the order without any justification, apart from return shipping costs.
You must return the item in new condition and in original packaging within 15 days to:

5. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for possible color differences between on-screen display and actual product.
Tuleva’s liability cannot be engaged in case of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or actions of third parties.
We are not responsible for orders placed by minors, whether or not authorized by parents.
6. DATA PRIVACY
Your personal data is required for order processing and will never be sold, shared, or rented to third parties.
You have the right to access, modify, correct, or object to your personal data.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site (trademarks, models, copyrights, photos, domain names...) is the exclusive property of Tuleva. Any total or partial reproduction without Tuleva’s written permission is prohibited.
8. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
Tuleva reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with a prior payment dispute or one who violates these terms.
These General Terms and Conditions, orders, and all related acts are governed by French law. In case of a dispute and absence of amicable resolution, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
