Rocking meditation bench

Once adjusted the spine could be easily kept aligned with the help of the rocking motion offered by this bench. The bench was designed to keep your back stable without having to change your position.  You could bend forward or backward by applying a slight movement on the pelvis. The height of the legs is 7,5 centimetres, this bench is for flexible people. We have 5 different meditation benches so that everyone could find a bench in accord with their own sensibility.
