In the silence

of a breath offered,

I lay my heart bare

without pretence or expectation

Only the pure

impulse of love,

Every gesture

becomes a prayer,

Every glance

a bridge to the invisible,

I no longer seek

to reach,

I let myself be touched

by the tangible,

O gentle

and infinite presence,

Nameless, formless

and yet so near,

I honour you in the

beating of the world,

In the fragile moment

that nothing holds.

Devotion is

not submission,

But a quiet fire

that illuminates,

A silent offering

To that which within me

becomes light.

So I bow

without losing myself,
I open myself

without dissolving,

And in this lucid surrender,

I discover

that I am the source
